Job summary

CITY HOME in Tamarac, FL is seeking a Warehouse Stock Picker AM Associate to maintain accurate inventory and support Customer Pickup, Chair Assembly, Rewrap and Merchandise Returns in pulling and putting away merchandise in our rack system. This role helps ensure the Operations Department runs smoothly.

The position is full-time, on-site, with an 6:00am–2:30pm schedule, paid at $16.25 per hour, and includes benefits. Join a family-spirited team focused on growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical ability test
• No High-school diploma required
• Stock Picker experience preferred, but not required
• Full-time, 40 Hours, 6:00am – 2:30pm, Flexible Days
• 0% Travel
• Physical requirements: Lifting up to 75lbs+, bending, prolonged standing and walking
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• WMS – High Jump (preferred but not required)
• AS400 (preferred but not required)
• Director (preferred but not required)
• Certifications / Licenses: No certifications required

Responsibilities

• Examine products for damages, document reasons, and notify a Supervisor

What This Role Is…

As a Warehouse Stock Picker AM Associate, the primary function of this position is to maintain accurate inventory of all products. The Stock Picker is responsible for providing support to Customer Pickup, Chair Assembly, Rewrap and Merchandise Returns in pulling and putting away merchandise in our rack system for internal and external customers. Your contributions will ensure the success of the Operations Department at CITY HOME.

What You’ll Do…

• Conduct inventory counts for all products in the distribution center and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Utilize proper material handling techniques and equipment to minimize damage to merchandise and personal injuries
• Examine products for damages, documents reasons for damages, and notifies a Supervisor
• Pull Merchandise from rack system for the Customer Pickup department
• Store away merchandise into rack system from various distribution center departments
