Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an on-site Warehouse Associate to manage pulling, staging, shipping, and receiving of IT equipment. You will work a 8 AM–5 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, maintaining inventories, and keeping documentation up to date. Candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs and obtain forklift certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.
• Familiarity with Windows/Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts as requested by management.
• Maintain accurate inventory of products.
• Handle shipping and receiving duties.
• Maintain productive performance.
• Keep inventory at safe levels.
• Ensure clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Pick and ship equipment requests.
• Load outgoing containers and unload incoming ones.
• Document equipment requests and renew warranties.

About This Position

You will be responsible for accurate pulling, staging, shipping and receiving of freight and local delivery orders of Keefe Group IT equipment while maintaining a productive level of performance. You will also maintain warehouse cleanliness and a safe inventory level.

You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to an IT Manager.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Cycle count items as requested by management.
• Help maintain accurate inventories of all products.
• Responsible for shipping and receiving responsibilities.
• Maintain a productive level of performance.
• Help maintain a safe inventory level.
• Responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the KCN Warehouse and work environment.
• Pick and ship equipment requests.
• Load out-going containers.
• Unload incoming containers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment requests filled.
• Maintain all equipment warranty information, statuses, and renewals.
• Can work Monday- Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
