Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming products and verify quantities against packing slips.
• Inspect received items and report discrepancies.
• Prepare products for shipment based on picking tickets.
• Pack products using appropriate packaging materials.
• Coordinate and deliver cargo to freight forwarders.
• Operate a forklift for palletized shipments.
• Drive a company vehicle as needed.
• Use warehouse tools such as scales and calipers.
• Support product inspection and general warehouse operations.
• Scan, file, and maintain shipping/receiving documents.
• Follow company procedures and AS9120 Quality Management System requirements.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Onsite position

A Japanese-affiliated aerospace trading company in Carson, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily receiving, shipping, and inventory-related operations.

This is a hands-on, entry-level position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming products and verify quantities against packing slips
• Inspect received items and report any discrepancies to Customer Service or Sales
• Prepare products for shipment based on picking tickets
• Pack products using appropriate packaging materials
• Coordinate and deliver cargo to freight forwarders
• Operate a forklift for palletized shipments
• Drive a company vehicle as needed
• Use warehouse tools such as scales and calipers
• Support product inspection and general warehouse operations
