Job summary

ManpowerGroup in the Newton/Maiden area is hiring stacker/packer associates for a stable, full-time manufacturing role. The schedule follows a 2-3-2 rotation with a 36/48 hour pattern and weekends off, offering weekly pay benefits.

Day shift starts at $17.00 per hour and night shift at $18.00 per hour with potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance. You’ll stack, pack, move materials, and help keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly during a 12 hour shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and move throughout a 12 hour shift.
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Stack and package products.
• Move and organize materials.
• Inspect products for quality.
