Job summary

SRS Building Products - Ogden is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials within the Ogden branch. You will ensure accurate logging, safe handling, and timely processing of orders in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role emphasizes inventory control, safety compliance under OSHA guidelines, and teamwork to maintain operations. High School diploma required; experience in warehouse settings and proficiency with Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments is preferred.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct safety audits and trainings is a plus.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles with correct documentation.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse and yard areas and uphold safety standards.
• Manage inventory by distributing materials, rotating stock, and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to support a "team-first" culture and mutual success.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
