Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations in our Orlando, FL facility. The role involves loading and unloading materials, picking orders, and ensuring items are prepared for shipment or pickup with secure packaging.

You will operate forklifts and other handling equipment, verify product accuracy, and help maintain a safe, clean workspace. Some duties may include assisting customers, installers, or subcontractors and occasional driving of company vehicles.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in relevant warehouse duties.
• Ability to operate forklift safely.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials in the warehouse and yard.
• Prepare items for shipment or customer pickup with protective packaging.
• Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Install protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment to move goods safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
