Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is hiring for a warehouse associate in Massachusetts. The role focuses on receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control within our AmerisourceBergen-backed distribution services. Candidates should be able to work various shifts, use RF devices, and operate forklifts as needed.

The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and pay ranging from $24.66 to $30.23 per hour, with opportunities for incentives and shift differentials.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and understand English product descriptions and labels.
Basic mathematical skills required.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Receive, pick and stage customer orders, returns, shipping and inventory control.
Verify merchandise against shipment records and report discrepancies.
Stock shelves and ensure items are in designated areas.
May use RF devices to aid picking/packing stock and inventory tasks.
Assemble customer orders and ensure quantities match customer specifications.
Enter orders and returns in the computer system.
Inspect returns and restock accordingly.
Perform daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
May operate power equipment/classify hazardous materials in designated environments.
May train new associates and perform related duties.
