• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Conducted safety audits and training sessions.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and math for inventory counts.
• Effective time management and teamwork.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments, logging and storing materials per standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks with accurate documentation and delivery schedule adherence.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean and safe, supporting operational excellence.
• Distribute inventory to storage areas, perform stock rotations, report discrepancies or damage.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a cooperative, productive work environment.
• Operate forklifts and handling equipment safely per guidelines.
