Job summary

Ascentek seeks a Warehouse Specialist to work with the Warehouse Supervisor on daily transactions, fulfill and package orders for delivery or pickup, and manage inventory to improve warehouse performance.

Your duties include processing work orders and shipping orders, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and learning more advanced tasks as you progress. The role requires forklift and related equipment familiarity and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance products/small parts preferred.
• Car wash install or other mechanical installation experience preferred.
• Sit-down and/or standup forklift experience preferred.
• Walkie rider experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and "back-office" software (e.g. ERP).
• Proficient in DS/DSI or Zebra scan gun.

Responsibilities

• Process daily work orders.
• Process customer orders to ship via carrier.
• Keeps job area clean, safe and organized.
• Daily cycle count and inventory reconciliation.
• Investigate inventory inaccuracy.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly reporting to warehouse supervisor and to operations manager.
• Assist in continuous improvement of ERP system.
