FlexTG is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage receipt, inspection, storage, and shipment of printers, copiers, and related equipment. The role requires keen attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing inbound/outbound shipments, documenting discrepancies, maintaining inventory accuracy, and safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and safe work practices.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office experience; ability to document inventory and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound shipments, verify quantities and route items to staging or storage.
• Inspect equipment for damage and document discrepancies per procedures.
• Prepare equipment for internal operations and assist with daily workflow priorities.
• Process outbound shipments with packaging, labeling, and documentation per requirements.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Participate in safety programs and meetings as required.
