Great Lakes Cheese is seeking a Warehouse Worker to organize and store products, verify counts, and load/unload trucks in accordance with GMPs and safety policies. You will operate all warehouse equipment and perform cycle counts while maintaining FIFO rotation and a clean, organized workspace.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety adherence, and following the Safe Quality Food Program. Reading shipping documents and production schedules is essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and prepare shipping/receiving records and comprehend production schedules.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices.
• Lift truck experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Verify accurate counts of finished products and supplies.
• Organize and store finished products.
• Load and unload trucks per bills of lading.
• Operate all warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
• Put finished products into storage.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Maintain proper rotation of raw materials/packaging/finished goods per FIFO.
• Stage customer orders in an organized manner on shipping dock.
• Accurately prepare customer orders within guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Adhere to GMPs and company safety policies.
