Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Warehouse Specialist – DLA to handle the full range of receipt, stow, and issue duties. The role ensures items stowed meet MIL-STD 129N requirements and involves data entry into DSS and related systems.

Responsibilities include inventory actions, material classification, loading/unloading, and preparing distribution reports. A high school diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant experience are required, with a valid MHE license and driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of specific experience in material handling, supply, distribution, inspection, or related areas.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient with Distribution Standard System (DSS) and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory actions and verifies items meet MIL-STD 129N requirements.
• Identifies, examines, classifies, accepts, rejects, and disposes of material per regulations.
• Loads material on/off skids, pallets, and stands; operates tools and equipment.
• Inputs and retrieves data in DSS and other automated distribution systems.
• Counts, weighs, records data, and applies tags and labels.
• Reads specifications, drawings, prints, and photographs and prepares distribution reports.
