Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for first shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm MT) with a not-to-exceed date of 30 June 2027. Responsibilities include inventory, material handling, and operating hand or power trucks while following storage plans and safety protocols.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6–12 months related experience, and a valid driver's license with ability to operate government vehicles. May require security clearance and travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months related experience or training required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.
• Ability to perform work safely to prevent loss or damage of equipment.
• Customer-oriented with ability to courteously and effectively work through difficult situations.
• Position may require ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing duties per storage plan.
• Rearrange and inventory stored materials; report deterioration and damage.
• Remove material from storage and prepare for shipment.
• May operate hand or power trucks as part of duties.
• Verify materials against receiving documents; route and store per methods.
• Store, stack or palletize material in accordance with storage methods.
