Job summary

American National Insulation, Inc. in Robbinsville, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to handle material flow, inventory, receiving and shipping within a safety‑driven team.

You will load/unload trucks, perform cycle counts and restock items, keeping the facility organized and compliant with policy. The role requires lifting, standing for long periods, a valid driver’s license if driving for company purposes, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Forklift certification.
• Strong math skills.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Load in / load out activities, material handling, inventory, receiving and shipping.
• Load and unload installers’ trucks and ensure loads are secure.
• Perform pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy.
• Cycle counts, stock checks, restock and label vendor products.
• Maintain, clean and organize the facility; receive and inspect inbound material.
• Occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
