Job summary

WILBERT INC, part of Marmon Holdings backed by Berkshire Hathaway, seeks a Warehouse Associate in North Carolina to receive shipments, restock orders and maintain inventory accuracy. You will pull tools/fixtures, stage orders for production, and coordinate packaging and dispatch.

Responsibilities include loading trucks, handling gate operations, and ensuring a safe, orderly workspace. Prior warehouse and forklift experience is preferred; a valid forklift license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse preferred.
• Experience using a forklift preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid forklift license to hold position.
• All required WilbertU Courses based on job title.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and restock inventory to maintain accuracy.
• Pull tools/fixtures and stage orders for production.
• Load trucks and complete shipping paperwork.
• Scan materials and control inbound/outbound inventory at the gate.
• Perform general warehouse inventory control and maintain a clean, organized space.
