Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking a General Warehouse Associate to work across multiple departments in a distribution center. You will operate material handling equipment to move inventory, assist with staging and loading orders, and verify incoming goods from vendors.

Attention to detail and adherence to safety policies are essential. Ideal candidates have HS Diploma or GED and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with ability to understand written material and perform routine lifting and standing

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Specialized skills training or certification may be required.
• Generally 2–5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility.
• Assist with staging and loading orders for customer delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors.
• Gather items for customer orders using packing lists and build pallets.
• Inspect stock items for wear and defects and report issues.
• Return misplaced products to proper storage areas and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support inventory control activities as needed.
