Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, a data-focused company within the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist II in Jacksonville, NC. You will receive, unload, inspect, store, stage, issue, package, label, and ship material, ensuring accuracy with bills of lading and POs.

Responsibilities include updating GCSS-MC, maintaining inventory records, conducting physical inventories, and loading/unloading trucks. A DoD/military supply background and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, supply, inventory, logistics, or material-handling experience.
• DoD or military supply experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NSNs, NIINs, serial-number control, and military shipping documentation.
• Ability to lift, move, palletize, and handle warehouse material safely.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one before operating equipment.
• Valid driver's license when assigned vehicle duties.
• Public Trust clearance is required; CAC/installation access/background investigation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Verify material against bills of lading, purchase orders, DD Form 1149s, DD Form 1348-1As, NSNs, NIINs, part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities.
• Identify shortages, overages, damage, deterioration, and incorrect material.
• Update GCSS-MC and warehouse accountability records.
• Maintain locator files, issue documentation, inventory records, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct physical inventories, location surveys, recounts, and discrepancy research.
• Pull and stage material for customers, shipment, repair, return, or disposal; support excess and obsolete property processing.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Assist with shelving assembly, warehouse setup, relocation, and reconfiguration.
• Staff the material-issue point and assist customers.
• Escort delivery vehicles when required.
• Comply with safety, security, PPE, and property-accountability requirements.
• May perform other duties as needed.

Summary

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, supply, inventory, logistics, or material-handling experience

• Clearance Requirement: Public Trust clearance is required. Personnel may also be required to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC), installation access, and successfully complete a background investigation and suitability determination, as applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• GCSS-MC experience strongly preferred

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $19.24 to $26.45 per hour.
