Job summary

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist I to pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced facility. You will operate forklifts, verify accuracy, and maintain documentation while adhering to GMP and FDA guidelines.

You will support safety initiatives and participate in continuous improvement activities, including 5S and Lean programs, to meet daily and weekly shipping goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Effective communication skills for working in a team environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pick and palletize finished goods for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and equipment safely with daily inspections.
• Follow company procedures and meet facility standards.
• Process parcel cases including packing and shipping.
• Verify shipments and stock inventory locations.
• Process returns with inspection and paperwork for credit.
• Maintain warehouse documentation for end-of-day filing.
• Audit international shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with management about returns and issues.
• Participate in Safety, 5S, and Lean programs.
