Campbell Supply Company — Raritan, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to ensure accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, inspecting against packing lists, organizing storage, performing cycle counts, picking and packing outbound orders, updating inventory using warehouse software, and coordinating with sales to meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Experience with warehouse software or inventory systems is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments; verify against packing lists.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas with proper labeling.
• Perform stock counts and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Pick, pack, and label items for outbound shipments.
• Prepare products for delivery with secure packaging.
• Update inventory records using warehouse software.
• Record all shipments with correct codes and quantities.
• Collaborate with sales to fulfill orders on time.
• Prioritize urgent orders and communicate delays.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing items.
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
