Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will participate in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, and facility maintenance to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate has warehouse or inventory experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and the ability to obtain forklift certification if needed. A commitment to safety and quality, plus basic computer/data-entry skills, is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; entry level candidates welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills for warehouse management systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits and cycle counts.
• Load and unload trucks; operate warehouse equipment with proper training.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with team and management; support a positive culture.
