Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. You will help ensure items are prepared for pickup or delivery, securely packaged, and ready for transport.

Under supervision you will move goods with forklifts and other equipment, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 0-2 years experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Prepare items for shipment or customer pickup with proper packaging materials.
• Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Install protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with safety policies.
• Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed.
