Job summary

ODP Business Sourcing in Romeoville, IL is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to maintain operations across receiving, production, inventory control and administration. The role requires cross-training across departments and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Shift is Sunday through Wednesday starting at 7:00am with mandatory overtime during peak periods. Pay is $21.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour Sunday shift differential, with opportunities to grow within the Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years warehouse, distribution, supply chain experience.
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using English.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and equipment.
• Basic math skills and PC operation knowledge.
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds and operate power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in all departments to perform multiple distribution-related functions.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with leadership interaction.
• Train new hires and ensure SOPs are rolled out and training completed.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement in distribution processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and strong team attitude.
