Job description

Overview

As a warehouse specialist for our Ohio market, you will be responsible for tracking and receiving customer shipments, pickups, and returns to the company; updating internal project trackers; verifying the accuracy of inventory received in the warehouse; staging all outgoing site kits for our field crews; and collecting/documenting customer equipment returns from field crews, reporting discrepancies in real time to the project management team. You will also make deliveries, loading and unloading cargo at warehouses and construction sites, and will pick up equipment from customer warehouses throughout our service area.

What We Need from You

To thrive in this role, you must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work outside in all conditions. You should also have basic computer skills that include proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to navigate online customer tools. Frequent travel (Monday through Friday) and occasional overtime should be expected. In addition, you will be able to drive a truck and trailer combo and a 24-foot box truck. The ability to operate a forklift is a plus but can be trained if you are not currently certified.

You should also expect to match pick lists and packing lists with physical inventory, oversee delivery schedules, and assist with warehouse work as needed. You will need a valid CDL and should have basic knowledge of hand tools. Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a huge plus, but is not required.
