Responsibilities

1. Follow established guidelines for record destruction and quarterly inventory assessments.
2. Verify incoming Out of Business (OOB) records, ensure proper receipt, and prepare for next steps.
3. Organize and repackage records based on condition.
4. Verify FFL holder information and create/assign OBR file numbers in ATF applications.
5. Log all incoming records in the Warehouse Tracking System (WTS) and related spreadsheets.
6. Affix barcode labels for tracking and scanning.
7. Move boxes to storage and scan to WTS locations.
8. Lift boxes weighing 25-75 pounds regularly.
9. Communicate with FFLs and Investigators via various contact methods, documenting details properly.
10. Collaborate with team members to meet objectives and resolve issues.
11. Perform administrative tasks including reporting as directed.
12. Utilize computer skills with various software and databases.

Requirements

1. Must be a US Citizen.
2. Pass pre-employment background and agency clearance checks.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent.
4. Minimum three months in current position.
5. Ability to work independently following policies and procedures.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
7. Good time management skills.
8. Team player with strong customer service skills.
9. Understanding of high-quality work delivery.
10. Experience in problem identification and reporting.
11. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
12. Excellent communication skills.
13. Ability to lift 25-75 pounds frequently, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
14. Experience with FFL documentation and NTC tracing preferred.
15. Accurate record-keeping and reporting skills.
16. Ability to maintain security permissions for sensitive areas.
17. Telephonic customer service skills preferred.
18. Typing test scores if previously required.
