Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division of Nutrien, seeks a Warehouse Associate in Osceola, AR to process product orders, receive deliveries, and maintain an organized warehouse. Responsibilities include scheduling shipments, preparing reports, and resolving shipping or inventory issues.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience; forklift experience/certification is preferred. Safety and accuracy are emphasized.

Responsabilités

• Address shipping or inventory issues and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with environmental management and systems.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

• Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them and distributing packages and letters within the company
• Maintain the company warehouse through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the shipments
• Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers
• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
• Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems
• Trouble shoot shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
• Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent education or minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar environment in lieu of education
• 1+ year of related experience preferred, specifically forklift experience
• Valid forklift certification preferred
