Job summary

Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, part of American Residential Services (ARS), is seeking a warehouse/inventory specialist to support service operations in Omaha. This role focuses on material flow, stock accuracy, and timely delivery to job sites.

You will pull and stage parts, operate a forklift, maintain records, and coordinate with vendors. We offer weekly pay, medical options, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and opportunities for growth. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (location dependent)
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, inventory systems, etc.)
• Strong organization skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize materials for scheduled jobs
• Stage materials and equipment for technician readiness
• Stock service vehicles with required parts
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
• Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks
• Maintain and track inventory, supplies, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate warranty returns and vendor shipments
• Operate a forklift to move materials and unload trucks
• Keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation on inventory and purchases
