NSI Industries in Odessa, TX is seeking a Shipping/Receiving specialist to manage shipping and freight operations and documentation, while mentoring the team to ensure customer satisfaction. You will leverage warehouse systems to locate stock, prepare labels, and support process improvements.
The role requires 3–5 years of Shipping/Receiving experience, forklift certification, and strong English reading/writing skills.
Works effectively and efficiently in a dispatch and warehouse environment to receive and schedule shipping and freight operations, including developing a working knowledge of warehouse organization and creating proper and detailed shipping documentation. Trains, mentors, and works with shipping and warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction. Has a strong working knowledge of all Shipping & Receiving operations, systems, and software.

STRENGTH: Must have the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds with regularity.
This position will be working indoors in a smoke free environment.
