Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage shipping and receiving workflows, pull stock and custom materials, and stage items for shipment. You will support inventory, report shortages, and ensure correct placement of incoming orders in designated storage areas.

The role uses forklifts and pallet jacks, with banding machines available to streamline packaging. We value hands-on teamwork, strong time management, and the ability to lift heavy materials while standing for long

Description

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting the workflow of shipping and receiving materials. This entails pulling stock and custom materials according to orders and staging them until the orders are complete and ready to be shipped. You will assist with inventory and report shortages. You will ensure incoming orders are correct and placed in proper storage areas. We provide forklifts, pallet jacks, banding machines and other equipment to make the job easier!
