Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to process incoming and outgoing shipments and organize the warehouse for efficient storage. The role supports daily shipping operations at our Guam facility and requires attention to detail and safety adherence.

Key duties include loading/unloading, crate/uncrate tasks, labeling, keeping locator records current, delivering shipments when needed, and forklift operation as needed to maintain smooth logistics flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: prior warehouse experience.
• Preferred: experience in logistics and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading/unloading trucks for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Crate and uncrate shipments, including stenciling, labeling, and banding.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Check in and out shipments and keep locator file up to date.
• Deliver shipments as needed.

• Deliver shipments as needed.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Knowledge of company systems.
• Ability to make decisions relating to the warehouse.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Preferred: Previous warehouse experience.
• Preferred: Previous experience in logistics and transportation.

Working Conditions

• Mainly indoors.
• Lifting in excess of 40 lbs frequently.
• Standing or walking for the majority of the time.
