Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store incoming shipments.
• Assess stock for damages.
• Maintain concise inventory records.
• Accurately fill customer orders.
• Pick parts to fulfill orders.
• Scan items into the warehouse management system.
• Inspect all stock for damages and keep records of damages.
• Organize the warehouse space.
• Prepare and pick orders for shipment.
• Record exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operate stock management tools: powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
• Count stock and keep inventory records.
• Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
• Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, and move objects 10–50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach; occasionally sit and climb ladders and stairs or balance.
• May be subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors.
• Must have open availability, flexible, and be able to work various shifts and overtime.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
