We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Sorter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently sorting and organizing incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, and assisting in the smooth operation of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Warehouse Knowledge: Warehouse Sorters must have a basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
Good Communication Skills: Warehouse Sorters must have good English verbal and written communication skills in order to interact effectively in a professional manner with customers, office agents, and warehouse staff.
Teamwork: Warehouse Sorters must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organization Skills: Warehouse Sorters must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Time Management Skills: Office Supervisors must be able to manage their time effectively to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask.
As an airline services provider, Alliance Ground International requires its employees to be able to work flexible schedules which may be adjusted to meet operational demands such as flight delays, cancellations, ad hocs, etc. Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.
