Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Site Manager in the United States to lead daily operations, develop the team, and foster a safe, respectful workplace where everyone feels like family. You will guide performance and coach growth while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

You will drive continuous improvement, build strong cross-functional relationships with teammates and partners, and ensure the site remains clean, productive, and aligned with our values and mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience (or equivalent education) and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; JDE experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
