Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking an Outlet Product Support Associate to help receive and stage merchandise, and to ensure the showroom and warehouse meet safety and visual standards. This is a physical, in-store role supporting store operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Ability to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and assembling merchandise
• Strong teamwork, listening, and communication skills
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy furniture (up to 75 lbs.)
• Frequent walking throughout the warehouse and showroom
• Manual dexterity and the ability to use tools for assembly

Responsibilities

• Receive and stage merchandise in the warehouse and showroom
• Support store operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and visual standards in showroom and back-end areas
• Assist with assembly and merchandising of products
• Collaborate with team to deliver a smooth Bob’s experience for customers
