Job summary

Culligan Water of Hagerstown is seeking a dependable, hardworking Shop & Warehouse Assistant for a full-time, entry-level role. You will help keep our warehouse and shop organized, manage inventory, and prepare equipment for service teams. No prior warehouse experience required—we will train the right person.

The role includes hands-on training, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within our company. Forklift training may be provided, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Forklift experience preferred; training may be available.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, organize, and stock inventory and supplies.
• Track inventory and assist with inventory counts.
• Pull and prepare parts and equipment for service and installation jobs.
• Load and unload deliveries and operate a forklift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and shop.
• Assist with general shop maintenance and handle water treatment chemicals according to safety procedures.
