Job summary

Creative Technology Group is seeking a Warehouse Shop Technician to prepare AV equipment in the warehouse for shipping to show destinations. The role includes packing, labeling, restocking, and coordinating with operations on shortages, with forklift certification required and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

You will enter data into the inventory system, document service activities, and maintain repair records while performing other duties as assigned in a large warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Certified forklift operators (sit-down/stand-up).
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking and deadline focus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to stand/walk in a 70,000 sq ft warehouse.
• Physical activities include using hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking and/or reaching.

Responsibilities

• Prep AV equipment in warehouse for shipping to show destinations.
• Prepares returns AV equipment.
• Packages and labels items for transport or show requirements.
• Works with operations to ensure substitutions on shortages.
• Receives sub rented items into order to ensure fulfillment.
• Creates Shipping Manifest or Carnet prior to shipping.
• Pushes equipment to docking stations for outbound delivery.
• Loads/unloads trucks.
• Assists in restocking delivered equipment in the warehouse.
• Enters data into the R2 inventory system.
• Documents service in inventory system and reports damaged equipment to operations.
• Keeps detailed records of maintenance QC and repairs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range 19 23 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

• The position is responsible for prepping AV equipment in our warehouse for shipping to show destinations
• Preparesreturns AV equipment
• Packages and labels items appropriately for transportation or based on show requirements
• Works with operations to ensure proper substitutions on shortages
• Receives sub rented items into order to ensure fulfillment
• Creates Shipping Manifest or Carnet prior to shipping
• Responsible for pushing the equipment to various docking stations for outbound delivery
• Loadsunloads trucks
• Assists in restocking delivered equipment in various locations throughout the warehouse
• Enters data into R2 inventory system
• Documents service in inventory system and reports all damaged equipment to operations
• Keeps detailed records of maintenance QC and items entered into repair
• Performs other duties as assigned

Experience & Education

• Prior experience working in warehouse helpful but not required
• Certified to drive sit down and stand up forklifts
• Positive Attitude and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Ability to standwalk for long periods of time in a 70000 square foot warehouse
