Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinators in Apopka, Florida. The role pays $19.00 per hour with a Wednesday–Saturday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and weekly pay.

You'll join a team supporting distribution across the US, handling consumer packaged goods with stand-up reach forklifts in a safety-first environment. Full benefits begin after 30 days, including 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience with SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Flexible to fast-paced environment; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity.
• Verify shipping/receiving documentation with inventory team.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and assist with needs.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse positions pay weekly:

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to:
• Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Work independently and as a member of a team

• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed

• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Perform other duties as assigned
