Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, LLC is seeking a Shipping / Receiving Clerk to support MDL Shipping/Receiving personnel. This full-time role assists with distribution services in our mailroom/warehouse, handling shipments, deliveries, and related documentation.

Responsibilities include processing DHL shipments, distributing deliveries, packing and shipping test supplies, maintaining shipment records, and providing weekly reports to management.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing Express/Ground shipments using DHL shipping applications.
• Distribute all incoming deliveries to intended recipients in a timely manner.
• Assemble, package and ship test supplies and documentation to clients and sales force as requested, including monthly standing orders.
• Maintain database of test supplies and documentation shipped to each client and to sales force, including monthly standing orders.
• Provide reporting to management regarding weekly shipments.
• Provide timely delivery tracking information to Sales Support Staff, Facility Manager and Director of Operations for all shipments.
• Properly file/maintain all records regarding Shipping/Receiving operations.
• Maintain a safe & clean work environment.
• Assist Mailroom Clerk with mail processing as workload dictates.
• Act as back-up for Mailroom Clerk.
• Provide/deliver inventory of copy/printer paper for all MDL copiers and printers.
• Picks up and shreds company documents marked for shredding.
• Perform other similar or related duties as required or assigned.
