Avery Dennison in Massachusetts is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk to support day-to-day shipping activities and documentation. The role includes handling label creation, compliance docs, order separation, and coordination with trucking and QA.

You will work on day shift with alternating weeks (6am-2pm and 9am-5pm). Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, warehousing/shipping experience, good communication, and data entry skills; familiarity with QAD is a plus.

Qualificações

• Proven skill with warehousing, shipping/receiving a plus.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Must be computer literate. Experience with data entry required. Other computer skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day activities of Warehouse shipping Office (Label Creation/Certificate of compliance documentation/Sales Order Separation).
• Support outgoing freight process (Trucking Company Pick Up Process/Shipping Requirements/Team Communication).
• Support Order Billing Process (QAD systems).
• Support International Shipping Documentation Requirements (SLI/SOLAS/AES).
• Support Daily Reports/Shipping Verification/Closing Procedures (QAD Reports).
• Rapid response to Customer, Planning, Manufacturing and QA requests.

Job Description
