Job summary

The Larson Group is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving Clerk to handle daily shipping, receiving, stocking and inventory control of parts in a busy warehouse. You will verify shipments, use packing slips and scan guns, and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.

You will assist the parts counter when workload demands, pull and deliver parts, and process damaged freight claims while supporting overall logistics operations.

Job description

The primary purpose of the Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving Clerk is the day to day shipping and receiving of parts as well as stocking parts inventory in a timely fashion. Responsible for stocking parts bins. Verifies incoming shipments of parts and shop supplies. Uses packing slips, invoices, and scan guns. Maintains a clean, professional, and organized warehouse and all other affiliated areas. Assists the parts counter when customer load demands. Controls and segregate's core inventory and inspects all returned cores. Track and document all incoming and outgoing shipments. Relay pertinent information to all parts personnel regarding incoming shipments. Submits and tracks all damaged freight claims. Pulls parts orders as needed. Deliver parts as needed. Performs additional duties as assigned.
