Job summary

PRW Power, Inc. in Moreno Valley, CA, is seeking a dependable Shipping/Logistics Specialist to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments and communicate with carriers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has shipping or warehouse experience, is detail-oriented, and comfortable handling bills of lading, carrier rates, and documentation. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience is a must.
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.
• Basic understanding of bills of lading and freight shipping.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs throughout an 8 hour shift.
• Reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Processing and coordinating daily domestic and international shipments.
• Preparing shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required documents.
• Comparing shipping rates and selecting the appropriate carrier and service.
• Scheduling freight pickups and coordinating with shipping carriers.
• Tracking shipments and communicating delays or delivery issues.
• Verifying order information, quantities, addresses, and shipping methods before shipment.
• Maintaining accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Communicating with warehouse, customer service, sales, and accounting teams.
• Assisting with inventory and general warehouse duties, including, but not limited to picking orders, engraving, etc.
