Job summary

Convoy Supply Inc. in Tacoma, WA is seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Shipper Receiver to join our team at 10600 18th Avenue E. You will support shipping and receiving processes, manage inventories, and help move materials safely and efficiently.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, forklift certification, and reliable attendance. English reading/writing is essential; Spanish is a plus. We offer safety-driven training and a collaborative work environment in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping or receiving environment.
• Able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Forklift certificate or willingness to learn.
• Able to attend a regular and consistent schedule.
• Basic math skills.
• Read and write in English; Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping/receiving documents.
• Assemble orders, packing, labeling pallets, and place material in storage areas.
• Load trucks and ensure accuracy and quality of loads.
• Inspect and verify incoming products against appropriate documents.
• Unload incoming materials and store in designated areas.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Assist in inventory audits.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Drive a forklift.

• Load trucks, ensure accuracy and quality of loads
• Inspect and verify incoming products against appropriate
• Unload incoming materials and store in designated areas

• Assist in inventory audits
• Follow all safety requirements
• Drive a forklift

Requirements

• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving department or similar environment
• Able to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly
• Have forklift certificate or are willing to learn
• Able to attend work on a regular and consistence schedule
• Basic math skills
• Read and write in English, spoken Spanish is an asset
