Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
• Logistics industry knowledge required.
• Knowledge and understanding of local and Federal regulations.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production.

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

• Annual Salary Pay: $70 - 75k per year based on experience.

• Comfortable managing a team of hourly employees in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus

• Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. with 2 /15-minute breaks and 30-minute lunch.

Summary

The Warehouse Shift Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
