Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is a full-range supply chain partner offering warehousing, distribution, and final mile delivery. This role manages all warehouse activities on a shift and supports multiple functions, including receiving, shipping, packing, labeling, and inventory control.

The position requires safe operation of forklifts and RF scanners, adherence to OSHA standards, and strong attention to detail in maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 2 years related experience or training.
• Certified powered material handling equipment license.
• Experience operating forklifts/reach trucks and related equipment.
• Ability to follow OSHA standards and safety procedures.
• Strong record-keeping and inventory control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to OSHA standards.
• Load/unload, move, stack and stage product using forklift or reach truck.
• Unload inbound shipments and move to storage locations.
• Pull and pack orders, label, wrap, and prepare for shipment.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate shipments.
