Job summary

Capstone is hiring in Apple Valley, MN for a warehouse associate role. Shifts run 6am–Finish or 9pm–Finish with weekly pay of $720–$840. You will select products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts, reporting to site leadership.

Requires 2+ years with ride-on electric pallet jacks, a high-energy work ethic, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Expect data entry tasks and flexible scheduling as needed.

• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision

• Use of VoCollect, RF Scan-guns or reading manual tickets

What Success Looks like:

• 2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack

• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
• Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
• Walking throughout warehouse during shift
