Capstone is seeking a Selector in Raleigh, NC to pick products across our warehouse using ride-on electric pallet jacks and forklifts. You will input accurate data and assist with administrative tasks as needed, reporting to site leadership.

The role requires 2+ years on ride-on pallet jacks, a high-energy work ethic, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Weekly production pay applies, with benefits after 60 days and opportunities to travel to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Selecting products throughout the warehouse using equipment such as electric pallet jacks, reach lifts or forklifts and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Use of VoCollect, RF Scan-guns or reading manual tickets.
