McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector IV to efficiently fill customer orders by pulling full-case products from warehouse slots. This role starts early with a 6:00 AM shift and offers comprehensive benefits after the introductory period.

You will read labels, select the correct quantities, move goods to the dock using powered equipment, and maintain safety standards to protect people and products. Experience with warehouse procedures is helpful and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto a pallet or cart.
• Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to products.
