Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Longmont, CO is seeking a Warehouse Selector IV to fulfill customer orders for full-case products. You will read labels, locate items, lift and palletize them, and move cases to the dock using powered equipment.

The role is Monday–Friday, 4:00am–12:30pm with benefits starting after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance. A safety‑conscious, detail‑oriented team player will thrive in our culture.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Reads, writes and understands English to perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto a pallet or cart.
• Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
