McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector II for our Fort Worth facility. You will read and scan labels, locate products, and assemble orders into totes for shipment.

The role requires basic reading/writing in English, strong attention to detail, and teamwork to move items safely along the line. It offers early shifts, comprehensive benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify location, product description, and quantity for each order.
• Pull correct quantities from slot locations and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a conveyor line and continue pulling items until the order is complete.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
