Job summary

National DCP, LLC in Bellingham, MA is hiring a Warehouse Selector to support Dunkin’s distribution network. You will operate electric pallet jacks and ring scanners to pick, label and palletize orders across dry, refrigerated, and freezer zones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to work in varied temperature environments (Dry, Cooler, Freezer).
• Experience with pallet jacks, voice picking or RF devices is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and handle repetitive motions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to accurately and safely hand select orders.
• Stack product on pallets and stage pallets for outbound loading.
• Maintain selection rates per temperature zones and shrink-wrap loads as needed.
• Perform daily safety inspections on equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain good housekeeping and assist in cross-training for other warehouse duties.
