Job summary

Performance Food Group in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a full-time warehouse associate for the 2nd shift (Sunday–Thursday). Start times vary by day, with a Sunday 3:00 PM start and Monday–Thursday 4:00 PM starts.

Daily end times depend on volume, with a pay rate of $19.50–$23.50 per hour plus incentives. Position includes Day 1 benefits, stock purchase plan, 401(k) match, education assistance, PTO, and more as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of warehouse and distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled times and overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures; keep work area safe and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Review schedule, gather supplies, and perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate within multi-level racks to locate products.
• Manually load stock onto pallets from pick slots and racks as required.
• Transport completed palletized orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Remove batteries for charging and complete equipment inspection; secure all gear at shift end.
